Objective: I will compare and contrast Taco Bells' fast food dinner calories with calories from a home made dinner.

the total calories per meal and then a total for the day. (3 meals times your dinner calories)

This includes the kinds of food you chose (e.g. meat, fat, starch, fruit, vegetable) and how it is cooked ( e,g, boiled, fried, deep fried, baked, sauteing)

2. Include the calorie count
3. Describe how the food is to be cooked. You will need to search other websites to help you create your recipes for the menu along with your calorie
